Tumble 22 Memorial City Grand Opening Scratch-Off Promotion Official Rules & Regulations
The Tumble 22 Memorial City Grand Opening Raffle Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on July 22nd, 2024 and ends on July 26th, 2024. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Tumble 22, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Customers who visit Tumble 22 Memorial City during the Promotion Period will receive one raffle ticket with required purchase. To receive a raffle ticket without making a purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 10403 Katy Fwy Ste. 100, Houston, TX 77024. Limit one request per household.
Raffle Tickets will be distributed while supplies last each day of the Promotion. There are exactly one hundred (100) tickets available each day (Monday – Friday) of Grand Opening Week. Each day will be considered its own Promotion. Raffle tickets will be collected daily. A random drawing will be done daily, one for each day of the Promotion. The odds of winning depend on the number of raffle tickets distributed, completed, and returned. Each day ten (10) randomly selected winners will receive a Monthly Voucher Card good for prize listed. All winners will be contacted on or before July 29th, 2024. Prizes will be available for pick up at Tumble 22 Memorial City, 10403 Katy Fwy Ste. 100, Houston, TX 77024.
To redeem monthly prize, present Monthly Voucher Card at the Tumble 22 Memorial City location for complimentary menu item listed on prize. Monthly Voucher Cards are only redeemable at Memorial City Tumble 22 location. Each Monthly Voucher is good for listed menu item exactly one (1) time per month. If Voucher is not redeemed during the month, menu item (prize) is forfeited. Prizes may not be rolled over or accumulated.
All cards must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date, or before July 31st, 2025. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Tumble 22 reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any participant before awarding a prize, and to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason. Tumble 22 is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected Monthly Voucher Cards.
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of Tumble 22, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Tumble 22 and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or other issues that may affect the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Tumble 22, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Tumble 22’s privacy policy, available at tumble22.com. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Houston, Texas.
